    Good Car Buying Experience at Len Stoler!
    I want to give a shout out to Johnny Raffo and the Len Stoler's sales team for great service as I was buying my 2023 Sonata. Johnny went above and beyond answering all my questions and working out a deal. Finding and buying a new car at the right price is not always easy or fun, but this was the best experience I've had. Thanks!!

    Stay Away From Their Service Center
    I brought my Hyundai Elantra (white) in for a recall on the paint job in March of 2023, pictures were taken by the service dept, and I was told they had to send it in to Hyundai to get approval and they would call me back. For the next 3 months I called the Service Center and no one ever answered the phone. I went back in July of 2023 to see what was the problem, and Kelly said the pictures were never turned in so, he took more pictures and told me he would call me and let me know when to bring the car in. Same as before, no call back, no one answered the phone, I left a message with HR and a couple of messages with the District Manager Gary Cramer. Again, I don't hear anything. I went back again in September and the Service Dept sends me to the Collision Dept. The Collision Dept says it has to come from the Service Dept. The Service Dept again takes pics and ensures me that they will call in 2 weeks because my paint has been peeling since February of 2023 and I wanted my car re-painted before Christmas. It is now November 30th. I call today and finally get a hold of the Service Dept Manager (Scott), and he tells me I have to go to another Dealership. I have never had so much bad service from 1 place in my life, and I am 49. They are lucky you have to give at least 1 star or I would've given them 0. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place. It's not worth the headache.

    Horrible Service
    I was there today to purchase a new Palisade. The sales representative was Tameel was amazing. But when we got to the negotiation point, the person in charge of finance was horrible. I owe $18,121.00 on my vehicle and was offered $19,500.00 for it as a trade in. The guy in finance then tried to add the $18,121.00 back into my loan which would’ve caused me to pay for both vehicles. Needless to say, I walked out. This is absolutely insane.

    Service Department Lack of Communication/Knowledge
    My 2015 Hybrid Sonata car has been at the Len Stoler Hyundi for 3 months for a Hybrid issue. If you try to call and ask for service advisor (Sean) nobody calls you back to get an update. I actually have to drive to the dealer to get information on what is going on with my vehicle. As of today, my car has been there since Thursday 6/8/2023 still there today 9/12/2023. I just want the car to be running so I can get rid of it ASAP. This is the 2nd time this has happen almost a year to the day where the HEV light comes on and you cannot drive the car at all. The last time it took Len Stoler over a month to fix the same issue in 2022. If the dealer would like to buy it back, I would be open to that also.

    What a pleasure! We agreed on a price and nothing changed. I was in and out in 25 minutes. My salesperson, Aaron Goulbourne was great. He spent all the time with me, I needed. Thank you for making the experience a good one.

    Worse service ever!! Go somewhere else
    I had a scheduled appointment for 930 am and gave the car to the service advisor, waited two hours, and was given the car back as completed, yet no service was ever done. This is a new 2023 Santa Fe first oil change so did not know what to expect, no paperwork so thought this is normal. Will not plan of buying from them as we have another car purchase in 2 months.

    Jaden the salesman was great.he went out of way to get stuff to me that was promised. The lady that answers the phone needs a lesson in phone etiquette she sounds rude and short with you. The flow of everything needs to be a lot better we were there 4 hours for our purchase. It took the detail shop forever to get our car ready just to have 3 scratches on it. They quickly "fixed" it but after we washed it they are still there. The put shin on the tires which got all over the car had to take it to a detailer to get it off. Again Jaden was great as far as rest of the dealership ugh
