Stay Away From Their Service Center

I brought my Hyundai Elantra (white) in for a recall on the paint job in March of 2023, pictures were taken by the service dept, and I was told they had to send it in to Hyundai to get approval and they would call me back. For the next 3 months I called the Service Center and no one ever answered the phone. I went back in July of 2023 to see what was the problem, and Kelly said the pictures were never turned in so, he took more pictures and told me he would call me and let me know when to bring the car in. Same as before, no call back, no one answered the phone, I left a message with HR and a couple of messages with the District Manager Gary Cramer. Again, I don't hear anything. I went back again in September and the Service Dept sends me to the Collision Dept. The Collision Dept says it has to come from the Service Dept. The Service Dept again takes pics and ensures me that they will call in 2 weeks because my paint has been peeling since February of 2023 and I wanted my car re-painted before Christmas. It is now November 30th. I call today and finally get a hold of the Service Dept Manager (Scott), and he tells me I have to go to another Dealership. I have never had so much bad service from 1 place in my life, and I am 49. They are lucky you have to give at least 1 star or I would've given them 0. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place. It's not worth the headache.
