Service Department Lack of Communication/Knowledge

My 2015 Hybrid Sonata car has been at the Len Stoler Hyundi for 3 months for a Hybrid issue. If you try to call and ask for service advisor (Sean) nobody calls you back to get an update. I actually have to drive to the dealer to get information on what is going on with my vehicle. As of today, my car has been there since Thursday 6/8/2023 still there today 9/12/2023. I just want the car to be running so I can get rid of it ASAP. This is the 2nd time this has happen almost a year to the day where the HEV light comes on and you cannot drive the car at all. The last time it took Len Stoler over a month to fix the same issue in 2022. If the dealer would like to buy it back, I would be open to that also.
