I took my car ES 330 to Lexus dealership in Owings Mills The service was absolutely phenomenal kudos to The service director Mike Meagher and the service advisor David Nelson both of these gentlemen went way above the call of duty these guys took the time to make sure that I was well taken care of they serviced my car much sooner than I expected and the price was very fair and affordable I gave them a 10 for service experience only because that’s as highest the scale would go the service experience was more like a 20. if you want your car serviced in a TIMELY fashion, if you want the work done RIGHT the first time, if you wanna go to a place you can TRUST LEN Stoler Lexus dealership is the ONLY way to go! I purchase my car 13 years ago from this dealership I have never had it serviced anywhere else and I never will thanks Mike and Dave!!!

I took my Lexus ES 330 to Len Stoler In Owings Mills the service was absolutely phenomenal they were kind pleasant and professional kudos to the director of service Mike Meagher and the service advisor Dave Nelson both of these gentleman went way above and beyond the call of duty I gave them a 10 on the service experience Survey but that’s only because the scale would not allow me to go higher than 10 my service experience was more like a 20 they have a top-notch operation their. The work was done sooner than expected and the price was very affordable I would recommend this dealership to anyone if you want your car serviced and you want it done right the first time, you want to take it to a place that you can trust go to Len Stoler Lexus in owns Mills you’ll be glad you went and you will be well taken care of!!

I really enjoyed working with Kyle throughout my entire car buying process. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I requested. I also had so much fun in the process that I wish it took more time. I would definitely recommend Kyle to anyone looking to purchase from LenSoler. & Let's not leave out the rest of the used car sales team... everyone was very nice, helpful, professional and entertaining. Best car buying experience ever!!!! If Kyle's still around when I'm ready for an upgrade, I will definitely be working with him again.

I had a terrific, hassle free, experience with the professionals at Stoler Lexus. From my initial internet contact with Gemma Boyce, to the excellent phone follow-up from Phil Pate, the process ran smoothly. Larry Snyder, a seasoned professional, greeted me upon my arrival, confirmed and demonstrated the cars features and pressed his young associate, Zach Sitton, into service to assist me in modifying electronic settings on my RX350. Larry introduced me to Gemma, Phil and Allan Talmadge before handing me over to Travis Wagman for the final details. Impressive people and impressive teamwork that left a guy buying a low mileage vehicle, feeling as though I had just purchased a Lexus Concept Car. Great experience with a special thanks to Larry who put a face to great service and introduced me to an outstanding team. I grew up in the car business and my expectations are high.....but Stoler Lexus vaulted over the hurdles and exceeded my expectations!

My wife and I purchased a 2014 RX 350, which was our first experience buying a certified pre-owned Lexus. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the quality of service received from the team at the Owings Mills location. Larry Snyder was our sales representative and he was very helpful and accommodating through your puchasimg experience. Travis Wagman was a great finance representative and made us feel comfortable and in control of our financial options. Overall we were very happy with the level of service we received and would recommend others to buy a vehicle from Len Stoler in the future. Thanks.

I was inexperienced in loans and vehicle purchase, and I had a language barrier. However, I was lucky enough to be assigned to work with Travis. His professional guidance, sense of humor, and patience made the process easy and fun. I am so thankful for all he had done for us.
