I have traveled all over the world and have been in dozens of states in the US. I can honestly say that Frank’s personality was electric. He was very friendly and help me get situated with my new car. He new I was under a time constraint from traveling 2 hours to get to the dealerships and made the process quick and enjoyable. I’ve bought 3 cars in the last 4 months 2 of them Porsche’s. Frank is my Car Guy now and I will be back soon for a cash buy of another Porsche. He treated me with respect which is very rare for this area. I only wish I could give him 10 stars. I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to recommended Frank for wtv award possible for excellent customer service and I will be recommending him to my co workers, business partners and friends.View All Comments (0)

We saw an advertise online from other dealer, when we got there the car we want to see not even exist. Then we saw Lenstoler Porsche dealer right next door, we just want to see and check out to learn more about Porsche. We didn’t plan to purchase right away. But when the Salesman name Jimmy came out and very warmly welcome us in and asked if he can help us. We instant felt connect and start test drive a car we been talk about. It’s a small dealer but they made you feel like all their attention to us from the salesman to manager. After test drive, then we just made an offered and they accepted very quickly not like other big dealer before back and forth many times. But it was late, so we came back the next day to finish paper work. They would stay late if we want to but we just didn’t want to kept them stay late, and they didn’t pressure us to stay to finish paper work like most dealer. Cause you might walk out and lose that sale, but they had no problem trusting and faith on us. The next day, we finished paper work in no time. Then the manager Chris personally came out and chatted with us and help answer all the question we had very friendly and patient. Never seen a manager in other dealer came out and talk to us like Chris. He would do anything to made us happy. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family if they looking for a new Porsche even though there was 20 minutes Porsche dealer nearby our home but will drive farther because of his team. Possibility will bring my friend back next week for the SUV she been looking for from other Porsche dealer. Thank you Chris, Jimmy and other staff to help us out to chose the right vehicle and made us very happy especially my husband. Thank you again!

We had been in the market for a Porsche for a few weeks when I found the model we were looking for at Len Stoler Porsche. I called to confirm the car was still available before making a trip for a test drive. I spoke with Teddy Santos who immediately answered all my questions and confirmed the car was still available. After a test drive of the vehicle we decided we may want to make the purchase, but we wanted a few cosmetic issues addressed. We left with the agreement that if the touchups met our expectations we would proceed with the purchase. After several days we returned to see that Teddy and his staff had exceeded our expectations. Everyone we dealt with throughout this process was very professional. Although we live in Alexandria, VA, Len Stoler is now our dealership of choice! Thank you, Teddy, for providing us with all the information we asked for and helping us to feel good about the decision we made. WE LOVE OUR PORSCHE!

Melodie DeShong must be recognized for her uncompromising customer service. She was professional and treated me with dignity and respect, while providing expertise regarding the Porsche being serviced. She is an asset to the dealership.

Mr. Teddy Santos is very helpful in selling me the 2015 Porsche Macan Turbo. He is a true professional, very clear in explanation, gives details, very polite but aggressive in making the deal I am happy with.

Brittny Winter provided excellent service when I brought in my 2009 911S. Brittny was very professional as well as friendly. Since I was waiting she made sure the car went into the shop promptly. She even went back to the car wash area and pulled my car around when it was finished. It was a very positive first experience with Len Stoler service.

Due to inaccurate parking (among other things), my front end needed repair with some cosmetic touchups and replacing a part of the plastic protection where the repairs were made. As always, I was greeted by name, provided a loaner and I left everything to them to take care of. When I got the call that the repairs were done, I went to pick it up. I could barely recognize it. It looked as if I had just purchased it. My special thanks to Brittny Winter and James Brois for their help and guidance, as well as everyone else that was involved. Too many to identify.
