We worked with Kevin B. and had a great experience. We saw the offer on the website, inquired, and got a quick response from Kevin. The deal seemed to good to be true, but we traveled the 107 miles to get there anyway. It was a great deal and negotiations only took a few minutes. He was honest, and dare I say trustworthy. A shout out to Vince, Service Writer. He excels at proactive problem solving for a noise in my 2013 ES350 that only I was able to reproduce many times. With his management of the problem, he set up a drive with two talented service individuals and myself, to drive my normal route to duplicate the noise. Success! I was given a loan on the spot, the diagnostic has been done and I will soon have my car returned.

My experience at Lexus of Towson is one that will last forever. Around August 2017, my wife and I purchased a 2008 RX350 that was stolen in November 2017. When we returned to Lexus of Towson, my salesman, Dwayne "Roc" Johnson greeted my wife and I with open arms. He made us feel special the moment we walked in. His spiritual nature is one that I will remember forever. Before we began to discuss our car buying options, he led us in prayer. I felt at ease he got us the best deal ever. We told him the kind of Lexus we were seeking, our monthly payment range, and he made it work. We now have a 2017 RX 350 and a 2013 RX350. My wife and I are very pleased. I haved recommended to several family members and friends to buy a Lexus. I told them my salesman name and to tell him that I referred them. My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles from the Lexus of Towson dealership on November 16, 2017. We had very high hopes of being able to purchase these 2 vehicles that we were in dire need of. Dwayne Johnson was our after speaking with our representative, he made our experience awesome. Mr. Johnson made us feel comfortable and over exceeded our expectations making sure We for what we came for. I would definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends. He's awesome!!

We have been very satisfied customers of Lexus of Towson for a decade, and particularly appreciate the help of John Butler, our sales consultant. We have leased the IS 250, IS 350, RX 350 (twice) over the years. Although we are no longer living in Baltimore, we make the hour long trip to Towson every time our lease is up. We have considered other luxury cars, but Lexus definitely has the best balance of what we are looking for in a car! Their service department also is really well run. We plan to continue leasing/buying from them well into the future.

Being in the customer service industry myself, I know superior service when I see it. And in Joshua barley the service I received was even better. This man deserves recognition for how knowledgeable and personable he is when it comes to dealing with a customer, made a life long customer out of myself and family.

Great car buying experience with Josh from the Towson store. Loved his personality and the "no pressure" attitude that most dealerships had. Will definately recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a Lexus.
