Proactive management of an issue by a Service Writer

A shout out to Vince, Service Writer. He excels at proactive problem solving for a noise in my 2013 ES350 that only I was able to reproduce many times. With his management of the problem, he set up a drive with two talented service individuals and myself, to drive my normal route to duplicate the noise. Success! I was given a loan on the spot, the diagnostic has been done and I will soon have my car returned.
