Quality of food is slowly going down.

Was just at Pappas yesterday and was kind of disappointed. I order a small garden salad and it was sparse with lettuce being the main ingredient. Had three halves of some grape tomato and when I asked for more tomatoes the waiter brought me a small cup full of croutons and on the bottom were three grape tomatoes! My bbq wings were fried so hard that I could barely chew them. We had to ask for rolls and butter!! I spent $60 and ended up giving my food away! We come here often and everyone agreed that the quality is going down.

Food was excellent, environment was nice, customer service was AWFUL. My party of 6 was not happy with our waitress (Tia). She is a awful person and really should think about changing careers. As a whole my party felt rushed. Being that this was my first visit here I had questions about the menu. we were all confused about the way she described our food choices. She wasn't clear when answering questions about the menu and me personally, had to repeatedly ask her to repeat what she was saying.
